Report a technical problem

  • If you are online and you cannot login to the app using your correct username and password, please contact mobile technical support my emailing
  • If you are online and you can login to the app but are not seeing the correct content, there may be a problem with your enrolment details, so please contact mobile technical support my emailing

We will be happy to help you resolve any issues you're having. Make sure to fill in every area of the email and be as descriptive as possible, the more information we have the better!

Note: To answer any technical question, we will need to know the following:

  • If you are running the most up to date OS on your device?
  • What version of the app do you have installed?
  • Where in the app are you experience the issue for our support team to be able to reproduce it?
  • What qualification and papers are you enrolled on?
  • Are you online or offline?
  • Are you trying to access the internet behind a firewall (some businesses, hotels, and public areas block internet traffic)?
